We’ll schedule a consultation with you to discuss your ideal home, your expectations, the general look and feel you want your new home to have, and the land you’re wanting to build on. We’ll also begin to discuss a project timeline and general cost.
During this phase of the process, we will begin reviewing the conceptual design with you. If any changes are necessary, this is where they will occur. We can tweak the design as many times as necessary to ensure all of your goals and expectations are being met.
After we’ve established a design for your home, our finance team will sit down with you to review your budget. We can discuss any necessary changes and create a preliminary budget for moving forward. .
During this time, Platinum Homes will sit down with you to discuss our relationships with financial institutions that are available to you during the custom home building process. We’ll also help clear up any questions or concerns you may have about the financial portion of your project.
After you’ve met with one of the financial institutions, our team of experts will meet with you to review your final budget. We’ll discuss any final changes that need to be made to the budget and help you understand the steps necessary to move forward.
We’ll then discuss the building contract and will ask you to sign the final document.
During the final step of the process, Platinum Homes will submit all plans to our construction management team. If all permits and documents are approved, we can start making your dream a reality and begin the construction process!
